The gentleman on the front desk was very nice when the wife was checking in he had the maid help her to the room and open the back door seeing how we were on the ground floor, which was very helpful. I have a mobility problem.
The receptionists are awesome and super friendly. They accomodated my request for a better room on the second floor without any questions and the room was good. The breakfast is pretty much a standard hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but ok. Other than that, it mostly was quiet, and if it wasn't because of some weirdos slamming doors and having a party in the hallway, one phone call to the reception did the job as they send security right away. Good job and I'm sure I will be back !

I had to cancel my trip unexpectedly, and while the hotel’s policy initially seemed inflexible, I’m so thankful they took the time to reconsider my situation. The staff listened me and in the end, they granted me a full refund—which I truly appreciate. It’s a relief to know that even big hotels can show kindness when circumstances change. I’ll remember their fairness when booking future trips.
Excellent front desk service. We asked for extra bedding and towels and they got everything for us real quick. Saturday night, it could get a little bit loud in the am with people coming and going, opening doors and talking on hallways, but that's people not the hotel fault.
To keep ot short I have stayed in Hotels from B.C. to Newfoundland in as many as 300 nights in 1 year for about 8 years. I have a grasp of real expectations of what hotels have to offer. Pre-covid I found some have fell short of my expectations. This Hotel was clean and service was great. They even left us a special surprise when they knew it was our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Thank you for that it was nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
The rooms are clean. They use premium vinyl flooring instead of carpets in the rooms. Free EV charging (2 connections at 6KW)-use your room key to activate. There is no elevator. Rooms with king size beds are on the second floor.
Overall positive experience. Great location, rooms are somewhat dated however are clean, beds and linens are clean and comfortable, icy cool AC, great shower/water pressure, good selection at breakfast and complimentary coffee, tea and lemon water in the lobby. We had an issue with our blow drier and it was addressed and replaced quickly.
